Add peak fitting to CbmMcbmCheckTimingAlgo

After adding the fitting of peaks in time difference distributions in fles/mcbm2018/tasks/CbmCheckTiming, also the fitting functionality should be added the corresponding CbmMcbmCheckTimingAlgo to allow its usage in the CbmMcbmCheckTimingTask or later Device class.
