Turn on ghost suppresion in L1

With the last commit I turned off the ghost suppression in tracking - this results in increased number of ghost tracks: from about 2% to about 6%, the efficiency is almost not affected although. In my opinion this commit should be included in the release.

So this corrects a previous commit, right? It restores the lower number of ghosts?
