Use Logger.h instead of FairLogger.h

The class FairLogger is meanwhile only a wrapper around the Logger class, so use the Logger directly. This also helps to reduce many warnings when using the Eclipse IDE.

I will not go through 317 files if you assure me that it just always replacing the include directive.

I checked all the files I touched previously in the two first commits (not re-formatted) and saw only the logger changes and the addition of a few previously implicit headers.

So all fine for me.
