Update and clean-up of submit- and run scripts for the PAPA framework
Updated the default analysis submission scripts to virgo usage and simplified the structure for easy default usage for new users. Added comments to explain the steering of the scripts. Added a default dilepton testing mode. Removed simulation submission- and run-scripts, which are out-of-date and redundant with the default run scripts in /macro/run/ Updated the merging submission shell script.
