Add some additional variables to the PAPA framework for MVD usage

Add new variables for the usage of the MVD detector and the corresponding cuts on the opening angle and the distance to the closest hit in the MVD and the STS ; Add a new constructor and setters for the switch between different weighting corrections for thermal pairs in case of a mass-independent particle input at runtime.
