CbmAlgoBuildRawEvents: Added option to write histograms with diagnostic data...

CbmAlgoBuildRawEvents: Added option (with bool flag) to write histograms with diagnostic data to FairRootManager instead of separate file.

Also removed a call of the Draw() function of histograms in the QA class, to prevent a window popup during runs.
