fles: Rework gFile + gDirectory protection

Add gDirectory protection in any case even if directory is not changed. For some files gFile an gDirectory where only set back if file was opened. Restore the original values in any case ebven if not necessary.

sorry to bother you again but I found some more smaller issues which I reworked with the current MR. This should now be everything for the fles directory.

Oh yes, I completely forgot that I used TFile::Open at some point.

Luckily it seems to be only a few cases in the full codebase
