Mvd MC QA task class based on CbmQaTask

First MVD QA Task based on CbmQaTask.

This class introduces QA task at MC point level.

Template of the code is taken from Sergei´s tutorial code (!2195).

I added few histograms which I thought could be important at the MC level. Further histograms can be added or removed.

TODO: add QA task for digi and reco
