Rich: ring reconstruction offline Qa

This merge request is the first in a series of RICH QA's using the CbmQaTask framework.
The first version of each QA will serve as a solid baseline, having all important histograms for the upcoming transition from geant3 to geant4 available. Ref. #3741

QA-task for RICH ring reconstruction

Checks on data:

  • Ring multiplicity in event
  • Ring times in event
  • Hit times in ring
  • Ring position occupancy in camera
  • Ring features (radius, number of hits, Chi2 / NDF, etc.)

Checks with Monte-Carlo [MC]:

  • Ring reconstruction purity in camera
  • Ring reconstruction efficiency for various particle types
  • Fake & clone ring rates
  • Multiplicity of rings for various particle types, fake & clone rings
  • Ring features for various particle types, fake & clone rings
  • Ring features vs MC momentum for various particle types
