Check for digi branches in JSON reco macro

This is a fix for the bug reported here: https://redmine.cbm.gsi.de/issues/3674 Instead of checking active detectors in the geometry, now the digi input is taken as a reference. Only detectors with digis available are accounted during reconstruction.
