Freeze-out coordinates to AT & minor technical updates to JSON config approach

This change will load the unigen input file during the analysis tree converter and thereby set the freeze-out coordinates for primary particles in the SimParticles branch to the values of start_(x,y,z,t).

In addition, minor changes have been applied such as the possibility to set the number of events in the AT converter from config.json and the removal of some aditional files that are produced during execution of the simulation chain.

Would be good to have this MR in the release for the VT.
