CI/CDASH: tune nightlies to avoid failing tests every night

Preparation to get "all green CDASH" in view of the coming release

  1. Disable example of aligned geometry overlaps test, as was explicitly declared WONT-FIX by mCBM team for the 2022 geometry and alignment matrices used here
  2. Fix bug in OnlineRecoCanProcessTimeslice helper script which made it valid only for the case of CI tests (single TS) (see 2nd commit message for details)

The OnlineRecoCanProcessTimeslice may still need some tuning of the timeout in a second MR next week, as during my local test on run4 with ctest it was succeeding/failing in 5-6 minutes, while in CDASH it seems to have gotten stuck until the TO at 26 minutes for at least the last 6 months.
