Preparation for the mcbm-beamtime 2025.02/03 replay (DC)

This merge-request brings together updates and bugfixes, which may be essential for the upcoming data challenge.

  • adding TRD2D unpacking to the macro/common/reco_mcbm.sh
  • [offline] adding calibrations TOF/BMON for beamtime 2025 02/03
  • adding cbm::RunDatabase and cbm::RunDatabaseContainer classes
  • adding runID dependent alignment tagging (OnlineParWrite, beamtime/mcbm2025, beamtime/mcbm2024)
