CbmContainers/OnlineContainers library

The merge request introduces the CbmContainers library, which is dedicated to different generic containers, developed for CbmRoot. The containers must be fully independent from the context of usage. The library is a part of CbmRoot core, and all the classes are placed into the cbm namespace.
