Rich: Track projection fix using the CFV

The removal of pmt_pixel volumes using the RICH CFV v23b #3471
caused some problems with track projections.

If no pmt_pixel volumes were found inside a camera_strip,
default values from CbmRichPmtPlaneMinMax were used to calculate the center of a camera strip.
This then caused wrong track projections (in fact none at all ...).
