Rich: Track projection fix using the CFV
The removal of pmt_pixel volumes using the RICH CFV v23b #3471
caused some problems with track projections.
If no pmt_pixel volumes were found inside a camera_strip,
default values from CbmRichPmtPlaneMinMax
were used to calculate the center of a camera strip.
This then caused wrong track projections (in fact none at all ...).

@f.uhlig @f.kornas I hope the jul24_patches is not yet installed on cvmfs.
This changes also need to be inculuded, such that the RICH CFV is working properly.
Sorry that I noticed this only now, I guess it is time that the RICH gets included in the automatic QA checks ...For now in draft mode, since I want to double check everything tomorrow.

I have ported the MR already to the jul24_patches branch. Currently the branch is only available from my repository at https://git.cbm.gsi.de/f.uhlig/cbmroot.
Pleas test if everything is okay when using the branch.
