Remove accidental commit and turn back on MVD to L1 reconstruction

@f.uhlig, yes, I got it, just tried to do it from a browser, but rebase seams not to be possible from a browser, am I right?

@v.akishina, in principle rebase is possible from the web page but often it does not work because there is a conflict in one of the files or something other can't be done automatically.
