Draft: TRD update FFV and CFV

Eoin Clerkin requested to merge e.clerkin/cbmroot:hash_TRD2D_CFV into master

Spacing is reduced from 71cm to 66cm and radiator is reduced from 30cm to 25cm for the CFV and CP TRD2D.

MR updates parameter and geometry hashes for the new TRD geometries.
