Draft: CA: Add experimental GPU tracking

Draft of the merge request for adding GPU tracking code as an experimental part for future stepwise merging with standard CA classes. XPU initialization and GPU tracking integration in the CaTrackFinderWindow class need to be modified before the final merge.
