Add trd timeshift calibration to common unpacking macros

Updates the unpacking macros to load the parameters, if a run is used, for which parameters are available. Updates the parameter git hash, such that it matches the latest version and hence, cmake downloads the required parameters

@p.-a.loizeau I did test the unpack_tsa_mcbm, the code to the kronos version is copy+paste. I did not run a test, since I did not want to create any mess in the kronos output directories.
