Introduce clear separation between readout setup and calibration parameters:

  • Trd2dReadoutSetup.yaml : define readout setup
  • Trd2dCalibFee.yaml : define time/signal calibration for each read-out channel

depends on parameters MR - CbmSoft/cbmroot_parameter!221 (merged)
