Draft: [PASTA/MUST] Unpacking, Digi stage QA

This adds the first implementation of Digi stage for PASTA:

• CbmPastaDigi class - very simple implementation, final interface probably TBD
• Unpacker - a slightly modified version (copy) of RICH unpacker
• Online Digi QA - implemented similarly to STS Digi QA
