Trd mcbm time shift cal

This MR contains the code to apply a parameter based timeshift correction for the mcbm2020 trd data.

@p.-a.loizeau can you have a look at it? As soon as this MR is merged, the unpacker macros can be adjusted, such that they access the additional parameters and calibrate the TRD data accordingly.
