CFV in CI

Eoin Clerkin requested to merge e.clerkin/cbmroot:ci_cfv into master

Introduce the CI chain for the CFV.

Initially this is supposed to be an identical setup as the electron setup. This is intentional to see the effect on computational load as the CFV geometries are slowly introduced.
