Updates to BBA development flow

Switch BBA project download to new official source. Allow to build cbmroot against local BBA repository by giving path as cmake option.

Hi @n.bluhme @se.gorbunov,
I checked the repository https://git.cbm.gsi.de/alignment/bba.git and it is missing the top 5 commits of
https://git.cbm.gsi.de/se.gorbunov/bba/-/commits/master/?ref_type=HEADS
which also includes the random search I use every now and then.

Also the repository contains many files from the compilation process.
