insert mTOF in mCBM common production

Modifications to include mtof in common production, mtof inserted in mcbm_event_reco.C, mcbm_build_and_reco.C, mcbm_build_and_reco_kronos.C

Calibration parameters are located in parameters/tof

It is unfortunate, that the mcbm*C macros assume to have a combined geometry file in the local working directory. This should be changed.
