Rich: add GetNofLinks check for CbmMatch in QA's

• add needed GetNofLinks() < 1 checks for CbmMatch as the range check from !1105 (merged) will otherwise fail.
  This happens for RichRings reconstructed from only noise hits. More often observed for Sts tracks, also tracks reconstructed from noise hits only I guess?
• add missing histograms in CbmRichGeoTest

PAL edit (for history): other small fixes included

• fix some printouts to use FairLogger instead of cout
• Add missing Clear calls for the Histogram Manager instance
