Digitization binary feature: allow for multiple detectors to be deactivated

Now its possible to specify several detector systems in the YAML configuration file to be deactivated during digitization.

No, we don't need that in the RC since transport binary + scripts are still missing so from the OCT23 RC, I will be using JSON macro for productions and if we create new JUL24 RC from current master, it will be in anyway
