Draft: Improvements on the online parameter generation service

This merge request brings improvements to the cbm-online-par-dump service.

To-do list (first round):

• Fix the output source requirement
• Add TOF readout config creation
• Add CA tracking parameter file creation
• Add CA tracking config creation
• Add automatic generation of the geometry file

To-do list (second round):

• Provide the run-Id as a main parameter
• Move the STS configuration to a YAML config
• Move the TOF calibration parameters to a YAML config
