[mCBM] in BMon/TOF legacy monitor, add support for 2024 sCVD detector

Tested locally after the cleanup on runs 2391 (old diamond only) and 3123 (last run of May 2024, old + sCVD)

@c.sturm @v.friese Should I just merge this, as it was used during the beamtime by the shift and may be needed for runs cross-check/plots reference?

Or do we want a proper review of this legacy monitor?

Merging as this was used in beam and there were no objection in a week (+ it is needed for some of the test macros proposed in !1825 (merged))
