Tracking updates:

In the merge request:

• the definition of TOF tracking station zMin and zMax is now calculated from the RPCs z positions
• the online tracking interfaces are added for STS and TRD
• installation rule for the macro/beamtime/mcbm2024 is provided

Update:

The modification of zMin and zMax of Tof stations affects the material budget maps generating procedure in the mcbm_beam_2021_07_surveyed setup. This requires further investigation, so the corresponding modifications will be updated in another merge request.
