Draft: Add TRD1D Clusterizer Tests

Adds some tests for the TRD1D clusterizer. In many cases, every possible permutation of input order of the digis is tested. Currently not every test succeeds due to bugs in the clusterizer. It is planned to replace the clusterizer soon.
