Rich: add/modify parameters for RICH & FSD/NCAL unpacking online/offline

Addition of 2 new TRBaddresses for the FSD/NCAL in the RICH unpacker, both online and offline.
For online modified hardcoded parameters -> needs a better solution in the future ...
For offline added .par file.

The RICH Unpacker is fully backward compatible with the 2 additional TRBaddresses (online + offline).

The mCbm Rich Hitproducer will ignore digis from the FSD/NCAL DiRiches.

Not relevant for the MR so I restart the job (it went through before), but it will again cost 50 minutes because CentOs is our slower runner
