Rich: make Digitizer crosstalk probabilities more flexible

With this MR crosstalk probabilities can be set individually for horizontal, vertical and diagonal neighbour pixels.
The current MAPMT's do have a different crosstalk for all 3 directions, in particular horizontal and vertical.

For now the default crosstalk values itself are not changed, but need to be set more realistically in the future.
