Updated versions for AnalysisTree and AnalysisTreeQA

With this version of AnalysisTree + QA it is possible to create weighted histograms. An example can be found here: https://github.com/HeavyIonAnalysis/AnalysisTreeQA/blob/v2.1.2/examples/example.cpp#L36

In addition, the cmake_build_type is now set to "release" by default.
