algo: general QaData class; ca: updating the online QA for the new framework

In this merge request a generic QaData class is introduced to the cbm::algo namespace. It encapsulates the interaction of a user with the HistogramSender. The new approach is applied to the CA tracking QA in the online reconstruction.

I only have some very minor remarks to the code.

At some point it would be nice to get more documentation for the interface to the histogram server. E.g. for me it's not completly clear what PadConfig and CanvasConfig actually configure.
