Remove broken hits (negative eloss) from TRD branch in AT converter

Trd hits with negative energy loss are still stored for position information. However, they should not be used to calculate the energy loss and therefor need to be removed in AT converter. This should fix the issues reported in https://redmine.cbm.gsi.de/issues/3180 https://redmine.cbm.gsi.de/issues/3182
