[BugFix] macro/run/modules/reconstruct.C: the CbmBuildEventsQa task is added to the task tree (RM-issue 3167)

The merge request solves the Redmine issue 3167. It adds the CbmBuildEventsQa task in the task tree of the event-based reconstruction with the macro/run/modules/reconstruct.C, if the ideal event builder is used, and the MC information is needed. Please see 3167 for the further details.

Do I understand right - matching reconstructed events with MC is done in the event builder QA? I think the proper place should be the MatchRecoToMc() task.
