QA: optional histogram version check inside a qa-macro

This merge request introduces into QA a histogram comparison utility between different versions of CbmRoot (example - mcbm_qa.C)

@f.uhlig, @p.-a.loizeau, I modified the qa CI-test in the macro/run/CMakeLists.txt. Could you please take a look?
