Fix crashes in analysis tree converter

this fixes are needed to avoid crashes in the analysis tree converter when there are strange tracks. These strange tracks are probably due to the addition of the MVD to tracking, so the underlying problem is probably in the tracking. I currently need the changes such that I finally can merge the MVD code and update the release candidate.

I will merge the MR when it successfully succeeds the CI pipeline.
