Bump Input repo hash: add script checking if urqmd input file was E or P value

• As per redmine #2684, script to determine wether number in URQMD filename is kinetic energy or momentum of beam.
• md5sums: List for binary files in the input directory and add gitlab-ci check
• Make the scripts folder unhidden.
