Mcbm fixes in digi event builder and in macros, cherry-picked from !1145

Small fixes for problems found a few months ago during the testing with "reco without event building".
I took them out as !1145 (closed) will probably never reach a state where it is merged (at least not on my radar).

They should help with the following two cases:

• reco without Bmon
• attempts at reco with TRD2D but without TRD1D

=> The fix for the TRD1D/TRD2D case is only applied to the reco macro used in the CI, feel free to propagate it to the other mcbm2022 reco macros (I do not maintain them)
