[mCBM] exclude Much from CA tracking if disabled/missing

I missed the fact that MUCH can be switched off from the parameter list. Probably, when bMUCH==false, the tracker will realize it anyhow. I need to verify it. Maybe this MR is not needed, sorry(
Not completely sure: the flag is not passed down from the macro to tasks as far as I can tell. In the macros where MUCH is disabled in the setup it may be seen be the tracker, but when the digitizer and reco are simply not added, you probably only see that the much hit array is missing
Edit: in fact I realize only know that we do test a real data file with MUCH neither in the CI nor in the weekly tests

I excluded MUCH from the default mcbm tracking in another MR: !1540 (merged)
We will enable it later for specific setups where it is needed.
Changes in this MR are not needed anyhow - when some detectors are deactivated in the Cbm setup, the tracker will realize it.
