CA online: hit indices of reconstructed tracks, tracking output storage, TOF hit storage

In this merge request,

• Indices of hits, from which tracks are built, are stored in the tracking output
• Tracking output is registered for storing
• TOF hits are registered for storing

@fweig, could you please check and test the storing procedure for TOF hits and the tracking output?
