CA online: Final fixes before the DC on 25.10.2023

In this merge-request, the finalization of the CA tracking chain in the online reconstruction code is carried out.

Updates:

• TRD is disabled in the tracking parameters
• TOF tracking station indices are updated corresponding to the tof_v21j_mcbm.digibdf.par
