CA: monitor updates

In this merge request,

• a separate fMonitorDataPerCall variable is added to the cbm::algo::ca::Framework to track one call of the TrackFinder::FindTracks funciton
• a possibility to update the monitor with current monitor data (e.g., collected on the current FindTracks call) is added
