Rich: Update RichEventDisplay, rich/run macros & logging for HitProducer and Reco

  • Update RichEventDisplay, now working on CbmEvents.
    Also rotate RichPoints the same way as Hits and TrackProjections.
  • Minor changes to the HistManager
  • Update most files in macro/rich/run
  • Add more logging to the CbmRichHitProducer and CbmRichReco.
    Log time taken by each reco subtask.
    Log the amount of RichTrackProjections actually projected into the Rich camera
