CAD conversion tools and procedure

Geometry utils with Readme to faciltate conversion of CAD models into CBMROOT geometries.

What type of files are EXTRAS.C and PARTS.C? I only see empty files.

They are supposed to be empty. Inclusion of each part is appended here once generated by the STL conversion.
