Add macro trd geometrie v20b, refs #1851

v20b corresponds to the enlarged z-expansion for the layers and the start positions of 17n. In Addition the correlated header files for the CbmTrdPads are added

MRs for the parameters (24) and geometry (71) files are opened accordingly.
