CA: Reorganisation of station layout initialization and setting-up MuCh in mCBM

In this merge request,

1. initialization of station layout in CA is improved: CA can run on setups with shuffled stations within different detector subsystems;
2. MuCh station index definition is fixed in the tracking detector interface;
