Draft: Rich: add hit acceptance restriction to HitProducer

It may happen that the day-1 RICH will only be equipped with less MAPMTs.
This addition restricts RichHits in the HitProducer only to a smaller acceptance of 784 / 1176 pmts, by applying a cut in the x-range.
Works for v21a, v22x, v23a geometries.

Also add number of hits logging.
